Introduction from Jim Sardjoesingh
After 7 years of working as a self-employed independent consultant, I felt it was the right time to take a next step. Since the beginning of my career I have been interested in finding the perfect job. Over time I have learned, this search will always continue to exists and makes us part of who we are and how we grow. However, while we are on that journey I believe we can make it more fun and exciting. That is why I decided to start a new initiative. It is a platform organization that brings together fellow independent consultants and offer clients high quality professional services. We named this initiative the ‘Alliance of Independent Consultants’.
For Clients
For clients it offers access to an exclusive group of professionals and the possibility to acquire project management as a service. This means we are able to offer clients commitment on results. We manage independent consultants to outperform on assignments. Delivering value to both; the consultant and the client.
For professionals
It offers professionals involved the possibly to interact with peers about their professional and personal growth. However in an environment where their independence and entrepreneurship as a self-employed individual is respected. I’m related to all professionals involved through previous employers, assignments or other channels in my business network. We share certain values in how we operate and approach our assignments. This is what brings and keeps us together.

Why project management ?
We see how companies sometimes struggle to find the right project management skills and competences within their organization. This can jeopardize the realization of change ambitions and can often prevent projects from being implemented. The demand for project management is often determined by the change and project agenda within a department or organization. This makes it difficult and also not always justified for companies to have the appropriate and required project management in-house.
